A usually impeccable Astros bullpen blew a 4-0 lead they inherited from Lance McCullers.
And then it rained.
A two run single in the second by Mauricio Dubon and a two-run homer by Zach Dezenzo in the fifth inning gave the Astros what would normally be for the league’s best bullpen a reliable lead. But a Dezenzo error in the fifth inning led to three unearned runs against Ryan Gusto, followed by two runs against heretofore almost perfect Steven Okert in the sixth.
