Willing to count its holiday blessings during this strangest of preseasons, the University of Hawai’i men’s basketball team is thankful and eager for Saturday’s non-conference game against in-state rival UH-Hilo.
Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. in SimpliFi Arena at the Stan Sheriff Center, and again no fans will be in attendance. The game, which is the Warriors’ second and last scheduled non-league matchup before starting Big West Conference play at home against Cal Poly San Luis Obispo on Dec. 27, will be broadcast live on statewide TV via Spectrum Sports (Channel 12) and on radio through ESPN1420AM.
