Brandon Thomas and Zigmars Raimo combined for 45 points and 27 rebounds to lead Ultimate Roofing to a 93-79 victory over Island Movers in a semifinal game of the Hawai’i Development League playoffs on Monday night at Saint Francis School Gymnasium.
Thomas scored a game-high 26 points, and Raimo added 19 points and 20 rebounds as Ultimate Roofing advanced to Thursday’s championship game of the summer league.
The University of Hawai’i duo out-did another pair of Rainbow Warriors. Brocke Stepteau scored 20 points and Samuta Avea added 15, but it was not enough to keep Island Movers in the playoffs.
