HONOLULU — It was a tale of two halves Sunday night for UH-Manoa’s men’s basketball, which begged the obvious question for coach Eran Ganot:
What did you tell them in the locker room at the half?
Coach Ganot: “Let’s play Hawaii basketball.”
And for the first time this season, that was winning basketball.
Sheriff Drammeh had 14 points, eight rebounds and five assists Sunday night and the Rainbow Warriors erased a 14-point deficit to beat Texas State 74-68 on the second night of the Rainbow Classic.
