The Green Bay Packers are off to a 2-0 start, and many analysts have argued they look like the best team in the NFL. With plenty of people ready to throw unearned accolades and accomplishments the team’s way, the Packers are making it clear they aren’t feeding into any of the praise.

That was evident by some comments veteran safety Xavier McKinney shared with the media on Monday. Acknowledging the positive noise surrounding the Packers, the team captain reminded everyone that Green Bay hasn’t done anything yet. McKinney delivered the brutally honest message that a lot of teams start the year 2-0, and many of them end up being terrible by the end of the season.
