With Jaire Alexander inactive, Packers will have to cover Tyreek Hill without top cornerback

GREEN BAY − If the Miami Dolphins pull off an upset on Thanksgiving night, Tyreek Hill gives them their best shot.

Hill will have a chance to go against a Green Bay Packers secondary without top cornerback Jaire Alexander. For the second straight game, Alexander is inactive with a knee injury. He's joined on the inactive list by rookie linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring) and receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion).

Rookie offensive lineman Jacob Monk also is inactive.

Center Josh Myers (pectoral), linebacker Isaiah McDuffie (ankle) and tight end John FitzPatrick (back) are active.
