Once again, the Green Bay Packers have a choice to make whether they want to pursue wide receiver Odell Beckham, Jr. The Cleveland Browns released Beckham last week and the receiver is now a free agent. According to published reports, the Packers are one of the teams Beckham is interested in joining and may even be his top choice.
Other reports indicate that the Packers have offered the former LSU star a contract for the veteran minimum and that because of cap restraints, they are unlikely to make an offer for significantly more than that. The ball is now more or less in Beckham’s court.
