It will be difficult for the Green Bay Packers to get top-end talent at number 30 overall.
But there is no reason they can’t select a player they absolutely want.

The Packers shouldn’t be holding their breath for Justin Jefferson. Too many teams ahead of them are going to be blown away with the ridiculous amount of talent at the wide receiver position in this year’s draft, and it’s unlikely Jefferson makes it past the Eagles at pick number 21, let alone the remaining eight picks.
