GREEN BAY – Early indications suggest demand will be huge for the Green Bay Packers game in London.
The Packers announced Monday they'll play their first international regular-season game in London during the 2022 season. The Packers have a large fan base throughout Europe that impatiently waited 15 years for the chance to see them close to home.
Jan Bogaerts, who lives near Antwerp, Belgium, said there is "hysterical excitement" in Europe over the Packers going to London.
"I am draining my bank account to be able to be there," he said.
