The Green Bay Packers filled up their 90-man roster by officially signing tight end Sal Cannella on Thursday. The move was first reported by Bill Huber of SI.com.
Cannella, who worked out for the team on Wednesday, will wear No. 80. He is the eighth tight end on the Packers roster.

Cannella played both wide receiver and tight end at Auburn, where he caught 25 passes for 330 yards and five touchdowns over 37 career games.
