We aren't entirely sure how Joe Barry's defensive scheme will look in his first year as the Packers defensive coordinator, but we do know what he has to work with: size up from and speed on the back end.
While there's a lot to be said for running a good scheme, calling good plays, and reviewing film, once the the ball is snapped, it's up to the players. If you have bigger players and faster players, you have an advantage that you can't get from scheme.
