Week 8 around the NFL does not seem to be an overly impressive schedule of games on its face. The league has only three games this week between teams with winning records, two of which will put division leads on the line, but otherwise there are a number of teams holding massive point spreads coming into the weekend.
In fact, a whopping six games have point spreads of a touchdown or more as of Friday afternoon, a truly impressive number. The biggest of those favorites are the Detroit Lions, who are 11.5-point favorites at home against the 1-5 Tennessee Titans.
