Wednesday Cheese Curds: Packers’ youngsters providing a glimpse at a bright future

For better or for worse, this season was always going to be defined by the Packers’ youngest players. I and other writers here have used that phrase in a variety of ways so far this year, and it’s still true. To the extent that the Packers would succeed this year, it would be either because or in spite of their young contributors.

Thankfully, it’s turned out to be the former. The Packers have gotten consistently solid performers from a number of young players, especially on offense. Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, and Tucker Kraft have been core players on the offense over the past few weeks, and Luke Musgrave, Christian Watson, and Romeo Doubs have each played their parts this season.
