GREEN BAY - Let the parade of selfie-taking Packers fans begin.
A new mural downtown features Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers wearing a crown, slightly askew, with the caption “King of the North.” It was completed over the weekend by local artist Beau Thomas on the back of a building in the alley of the 300 block of South Broadway.
Thomas wrote Sunday on the Instagram account for his company, Trackside Design LLC, that he "snuck in a mural on my lunch break." He called it a tribute to the GOAT (greatest of all time).
It's part of a cluster of murals by Thomas already in the alley, including a shark and Darth Vader.
