Veteran free agent CB Quinton Dunbar visits Packers

The Green Bay Packers hosted veteran free agent cornerback Quinton Dunbar for a visit on Tuesday, per the league’s transaction wire.

Dunbar, an undrafted free agent out of Florida, has played in 64 career games since entering the NFL in 2015. He played his first five seasons in Washington, including his first two under current Packers defensive coordinator Joe Barry.

The Packers may need more veteran help at cornerback, especially if Kevin King (shoulder) is out for an extended period of time. All-Pro Jaire Alexander is already on injured reserve with a shoulder injury.
