On the first series of Thursday night’s game against the Chicago Bears, the Green Bay Packers suffered their first notable injury of the game. Running back Ty Montgomery went to the locker room as the Packers were driving down the field, and was ruled questionable to return with a chest injury.

Rookie Jamaal Williams was his immediate replacement on the field. Aaron Jones and Aaron Ripkowski are also active for the Packers tonight, while Devante Mays is a healthy scratch.

On the first drive, Montgomery carried the football five times for 28 yards, including an 11-yard run that was the longest of the young season by a Packer not named Aaron Rodgers.
