The NFL offseason moves in phases. First we had free agency, where the Packers made a couple of unexpected splashes. Then we went through everything involved in the NFL Draft, which is never boring. And now we arrive in, essentially, the “money” phase of the Packers offseason.
It’s extension time, and plenty of Packers could be seeing dollar signs in the near future. Jordan Love, in particular, should be hearing a dump truck filled with cash backing up outside his house at some point in the next couple of months, and he has to be licking his chops after seeing Jared Goff cash in.
