Quarterbacks make the world go round, and they certainly power the universe of sports takes. And if you’re inclined to fire of some incendiary sports opinions, the Packers’ quarterback situation has been a gold mine for some time.
Is it really, though? Despite a seeming unrelenting wave of headlines, the Packers enter 2022 in essentially the same spot as they were in 2020: Aaron Rodgers is the unquestioned starter, Jordan Love waits in the wings, and it’s not clear when any of that is going to change.
Maybe it’ll be 2023. Maybe it’ll be 2024.
