GREEN BAY - Last year, Aaron Jones' ranking matched his jersey number. This year, he's a tad higher.
The Packers' Pro Bowl running back came in at No. 30 in the NFL Network's "Top 100 Players of 2021," three spots higher than a year ago.
In 2020, Jones set a career high with 1,104 rushing yards, a 30-yard improvement over the prior year despite playing in two fewer games. He had nine rushing touchdowns, a far cry from his 16 in 2019, but he's just one of three players with 2,000-plus rushing yards and at least 25 rushing TDs over the past two seasons.
