Things haven’t worked out this season for former Packers first-round pick Jordan Morgan. The Arizona alum has failed to establish himself as a starter at any position along the offensive line after competing for at least two of them in preseason. His stock has now fallen so low that even when injuries hit the offensive line hard, Morgan wasn’t put into the lineup.
Injuries cut Morgan’s rookie season short. He played the team’s first six games before injuries ended his season prematurely. During OTAs, the coaching staff had Morgan split time between left tackle and right guard. By the time training camp rolled around, Matt LaFleur figured the best chance Morgan had to play right away was at right guard.
