The Green Bay Packers defensive line has been a weakness on this team for far too long. The line has not excelled at stopping the run and has not provided consistent pass rush by the interior linemen since the team’s last Super Bowl win back in 2010.
But this preseason, there is hope that the Packers may have a deeper and more talented defensive line than they’ve had in recent years. There is young talent on this roster that while still unproven at the NFL level, is providing the team with optimism for the near future.
Kenny Clark remains the best player on the defensive line, and he is the only returning starter.
