The Packers will enter the 2022 season with one of the strongest starting secondary’s on paper. Jaire Alexander, Rasul Douglas, and Eric Stokes make up an incredibly strong cornerback trio. The Adrian Amos and Darnell Savage duo at safety further establishes the strength at the back of the defense. These five defensive backs will rarely leave the field, but in today’s NFL you need more than five defensive backs.
The rest of the Packers secondary is suspect. There are no established or proven players behind the first five.
