The Packers' Fountain of Youth at Wide Receiver

The future looks bright for the wide receiver room, but could more reinforcements be on the way?

After general manager Brian Gutekunst traded away All-Pro wide receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders last offseason, it is not far off to conclude that Gutekunst thought that the whole would be greater than the sum of its parts. Sure, the group did not feature anyone as elite as Adams, but they had depth and young guns eager to prove themselves. Things didn't go as planned this past season.

Adams registered 141 receiving yards in Week 1, which was 21 more yards than the Packer wide receivers had combined for that same week, and he would go on to finish with 100 receptions for 1,516 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2022.
