The NFL has officially passed roster cutdown day, with every team trimming their rosters to 53 players. While this day marks the end of the road for many players, it’s also the start of a new journey for some. A lot of the players who are cut will either be claimed on waivers or signed by a different team.
The Green Bay Packers will definitely be looking to do that as they hope to contend once again in 2025. The Packers are unlikely to find a starter among all of the cut players, but they could find some really good depth pieces.
