Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has been sidelined for two games with a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee sustained in the season opener.
He practiced all last week and was listed as questionable for the game against the Tennessee Titans.
It appeared he was close to returning to the lineup, but the Packers designated him as inactive before the game and started Malik Willis instead.
Willis is 2-0 as a starter.
