The Sean McVay coaching tree has a lot of roots sprawled out across the NFL.
Five current head coaches were McVay assistants, two former head coaches and a couple of coordinators throughout the league. This includes Matt LaFleur (Green Bay Packers), Zac Taylor (Cincinnati Bengals), Kevin O'Connell (Minnesota Vikings), Raheem Morris (Atlanta Falcons) and new Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen.
There will likely be more born from McVay's staff, and the Rams head coach is already hyping up another: Passing game coordinator and assistant head coach Aubrey Pleasant.
“He’s got all those qualities [ to be a successful head coach]," McVay told Andscape's Jason Reid.
