Jaire Alexander had been a staple on the Green Bay Packers defense since the franchise selected him 18th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. He spent seven seasons in Green Bay, recording 287 total tackles, 241 solo tackles, 12 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, two quarterback hits, 12 interceptions, three forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, 70 passes defended, one safety and one defensive touchdowns.
He earned two All-Pro selectins and two Pro Bowl nods. While he performed at a high level when he was healthy, Alexander was sidelined far too often. The star cornerback missed 38 out of a possible 116 games, including half of the Packers games over the past four seasons.
