Douglas burst onto the scene in Green Bay last year after being plucked off the Arizona Cardinals practice squad.
The veteran corner racked up five interceptions including two pick-sixes in back-to-back weeks during his first season in the Green and Gold. He also forced a fumble.
Douglas was drafted by the Eagles in 2017 and was part of the team that won Super Bowl LII.
