On Wednesday the Green Bay Packers signed former Stanford wide receiver Devon Cajuste to their practice squad.
Cajuste spent the entire training camp with the San Francisco 49ers this summer as an undrafted free agent before getting cut after the final preseason game.
With a solid build at 6-foot-4 and 235 pounds, Cajuste was one of the bigger wide receivers coming out off college this past spring, and he’s now in the middle of transitioning to tight end in the NFL. The former Cardinal ran a 4.55 forty at his pro day and posted a 36-inch vertical at the combine, showing good athleticism and speed for a pro tight end.
