As we approach just days from the start of Green Bay Packers’ training camp, Lombardi Ave was lucky enough to be joined by rookie tight end prospect Harold Spears.
Spears was a standout basketball and football player while at The Pennington School in New Jersey. Playing TE/DE on the gridiron, he also brought home the Mercer County Player of the Year award on the hard court as a junior -fitting the mold of the athletic approach Ted Thompson targeted in the off-season.
On June 18, 2015, Thompson signed the talented prospect from New Hampshire as a undrafted free agent.
