Pro Football Focus is running an interesting experiment: team-specific draft boards based on individual teams’ scheme and needs. While every general manager claims that they simply pick the best player available for every selection, the truth of the matter is that you win games by building football teams, not simply acquiring talent.
From that perspective, it’s a unique look into the 2025 NFL Draft class.
For reference, PFF claims that the Packers’ biggest needs going into the draft are outside wide receiver, edge defender, defensive tackle and outside cornerback. That pretty much falls in line with the consensus.
