Packers Training camp is underway and WR Juwann Winfree continues to make a point.
Winfree, a standout in Packers OTA’s earlier in the off-season, was a 6th round pick from the Denver Broncos in 2019. He played his college ball at University of Colorado, where he didn’t put up stellar numbers but found his way into the NFL. After spending 4 months on the Packers practice squad in 2020, Winfree is getting a chance to earn a roster spot in a crowded Packers WR room.
Green Bay currently has Davante Adams, Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard and Amari Rodgers, who are all but locks to make the team.
