Despite a lingering foot injury and questionable status on the final injury report, Green Bay Packers receiver Jayden Reed is expected to play in Sunday's season opener against the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Reed led the Packers in receiving yards each of the last two seasons but has missed time during training camp with the foot injury, which is reportedly a Jones fracture in his left foot. Reed did not participate at practice on Wednesday but returned as a limited participant on Thursday and Friday this week.
