Packers will sign free agent DL Daylon Mack, per report

The Green Bay Packers have their man to fill the open 53rd spot on the active roster. According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, the Packers will be signing free agent defensive tackle Daylon Mack on Thursday.

Mack was a fifth-round draft pick by the Baltimore Ravens in 2019, and he played in one game last year before landing on injured reserve. He spent brief stints with the Lions and Giants during training camp this year, but New York released him at final cuts over the weekend.

At Texas A&M, Mack was a college teammate of Kingsley Keke, whom the Packers selected with the 150th pick in the 2019 draft.
