In Wednesday’s Cheese Curds, we discussed the idea that getting extra practice time would be beneficial for Aaron Rodgers to improve his timing and accuracy with his receivers. However, when the afternoon rolled around, any possibility of Rodgers practicing today seemed irrelevant, since most of the Packers’ significant receivers sat out practice as well.
The Packers saw wideouts Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison both miss practice entirely, along with tight end Jimmy Graham. Of the starters, only Davante Adams practiced, and even he showed up on the report as limited, listed with a calf injury.
