The Green Bay Packers announced Tuesday that they’ve waived DE Shaneil Jenkins just a few days after claiming him off of waivers from the Seahawks.
Jenkins, 23, originally signed on with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent out of Shepherd back in May of last year. He was waived during the preseason and later signed on with the Cowboys.
The Seahawks eventually signed him to their practice squad toward the end of the 2016 season before returning to Seattle on a future/reserve contract this past January.
Jenkins was waived last week and later claimed by Green Bay.
