On Sunday, an old friend returns to Wisconsin for the Green Bay Packers’ home game against the Baltimore Ravens.
That individual is Kevin Harlan, the son of former Packers president Bob Harlan and the Packers’ play-by-play announcer for broadcasts of the team’s preseason games. Harlan will call Sunday’s game, along with his partner Rich Gannon, as part of the CBS broadcast of the game.
On the field, however, the Packers face an interesting matchup with a Ravens team that has struggled to score points or to move the ball through the air. On defense, however, the Ravens have been awful against the run (28th in total rushing yards allowed and 19th in DVOA) but magnificent against the pass (top ten in all stats, including DVOA, and #1 in interceptions).
