The Green Bay Packers take the field for their second exhibition game of the 2021 preseason, but this game will likely have a bit less intrigue than last week's opener. That is because quarterback Jordan Love is not expected to play, having injured his shoulder last Saturday against the Houston Texans.
Instead, Kurt Benkert and Jake Dolegala will get the reps at quarterback for the Packers in a bid to secure the third string job and prove themselves deserving of a spot on the 53-man roster. In front of those quarterbacks, the Packers will also be trying some new combinations across the offensive line, particularly on the interior where the starting jobs at guard are up for grabs.
