The Green Bay Packers are signing rookie quarterback Taylor Elgersma, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. A Canadian quarterback who went unselected in the 2025 NFL draft, Elgersma was invited as a tryout player to the Packers rookie minicamp following the draft but is now a member of the team's 90-man offseason roster.
Elgersma, who starred for Wilfrid Laurier in Ontario, joins a four-player quarterback room in Green Bay that also includes starter Jordan Love and past backups Malik Willis and Sean Clifford.
The Packers got to see Elgersma (6-5, 227) at the Senior Bowl and on an official pre-draft visit to Green Bay.
