The Packers handle an outmanned Los Angeles Rams team.
The Packers signed Patrick Taylor to the 53-man roster and released Sammy Watkins to make room. Watkins was a football player who was willing and able to do the dirty work. As a vested veteran, Watkins can make a claim for his remaining unpaid base salary but he will not earn his game active bonuses. The Packers did not elevate anyone from the Practice Squad for the game.
The healthy inactive players were Shemar Jean-Charles, Jonathan Ford, and Krys Barnes. Caleb Jones was also inactive, though he still might not be 100% after contracting mono.
