The Packers activated Marquez Valdes-Scantling from Injured Reserve and signed Blake Bortles to the practice squad. Bortles was promoted to the active list as a Covid 19 Replacement Player. Aaron Rodgers and Isaac Yiadom were placed on the Covid Reserve List. The Packers previously signed RB Patrick Taylor from the Practice Squad to the 53-man roster after Kylin Hill was placed on Injured Reserve.
The Packers did not activate David Bakhtiari in time for this game. The Packers must activate Bakhtiari by Wednesday or place him on Injured Reserve for the rest of the season. Dennis Kelly found his way back onto the field and the active list for the first time since week four.
