Green Bay — Three games into last season the Green Bay Packers had been charged with seven dropped passes.
This year, they have dropped only one.
"Knock on wood," said Alex Van Pelt, who coaches the wide receivers and quarterbacks. "Keep it going."
Aaron Rodgers acknowledged how important sure-handed receivers are to his phenomenal passer rating (135.8) and completion percentage (73.6%).
"We like to look at great catches opposed to drops," Rodgers said. "How many are they saving and how many are they giving away? They're definitely not giving any away.
