Packers Reach Injury Settlements With Rollins And Mays

The Packers reached injury settlements with Quinten Rollins and Devonte Mays according to a report by Rob Demovsky. Green Bay paid $55,609 in the settlement to Rollins, approximately two weeks of pay, and absorbed his signing bonus of $245,046. The dead money charge associated with releasing Rollins totals $301,075, and should result in an increase in cap space of $644,276.

The Packer paid Mays $22,235, approximately one week of pay, and absorbed his prorated signing bonus of $18,759. Green Bay will take a dead money charge of $40,077 for 2018. Green Bay will have a dead money charge for the remaining prorated signing bonuses for 2019 and 2020 of $37,522 charged to its 2019 salary cap.
