Jordan Love said on Thursday that despite needing surgery on his left thumb the Green Bay Packers quarterback does not believe the injury will limit him at all during the season.
A little over two weeks ago Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst told reporters that Love underwent surgery to fix a torn ligament in the thumb on his non-throwing hand. Love had injured the digit after hitting a helmet during a preseason loss to the New York Jets. There was no concern at the time for the quarterback's status with Gutekunst saying Love would be back to practice the following week.
