Green Bay Packers fans who are outside of Wisconsin and the reach of the team’s local television network got some good news on Thursday. Preseason games are often difficult to find for out-of-market fans unless those individuals purchase an online streaming package from the NFL. However, one of the Packers’ exhibition contests will be shown on national TV this year.
NFL Network announced that they will broadcast the Packers’ third preseason contest, when they will play the Oakland Raiders on the road. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 PM Pacific time on Friday, August 24th.
