About a month into the NFL's official offseason period, the Green Bay Packers haven't done much of note. They still need help at the edge rusher and cornerback positions on defense, and they still don't have a legitimate No. 1 option at the wide receiver spot.
It has been many years since they have taken a wide receiver in the first round of the draft. However, executive Brian Gutekunst may have to buck that trend in order to transform his team from a playoff squad to a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
