Packers must re-address tight end in the 2022 NFL Draft

While the Green Bay Packers have plenty of tight ends on their roster entering the 2022 season, they also have plenty of question marks at the position.

Robert Tonyan, Green Bay’s traditional pass-catching tight end, is expected to be back from his ACL injury in time for the regular season, according to Bill Huber of Sports Illustrated.

However, Tonyan’s production took a significant dip from 2020 to 2021 even before the injury, and he may well be playing his last season for the Packers.

Tonyan turns 28 this month, and if he is able to rebound from a disappointing 2021 campaign and rebuild his value, Big Bob may price himself out of Green Bay.
