Packers letting versatile rookie Anthony Belton settle in at offensive tackle first

Green Bay Packers second-round pick Anthony Belton has been lining up exclusively at offensive tackle through the first four practices of training camp.

The Packers believe Belton has the skill set to play inside, but head coach Matt LaFleur said they want him to get settled on the outside first.

"I think he's got the talent to do that. We just want to try to get him a little more settled on the perimeter at tackle," LaFleur said Monday.

The Packers hosted Belton on one of their top-30 visits before taking him with the 54th overall pick in April's draft.
