Friday’s contest against the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t go as expected for the Green Bay Packers. After putting their starters in bubblewrap all summer, limiting their first-team offense to just three snaps over three preseason games, Packers quarterback Jordan Love went down with an apparent ankle injury in the fourth quarter in Brazil.
After the game, Love was not made available to the media. That meant that head coach Matt LaFleur had to address Love’s injury situation to the press. When asked two questions about Love’s status, LaFleur responded, “I don’t know,” in the press conference.
