After making a total of just five sacks in his first two seasons, it wasn’t a guarantee Kyler Fackrell would even make the Green Bay Packers‘ final 53-man roster a year ago.
And who could’ve expected what would come next? Not only did Fackrell make the roster, but he put together an excellent season, leading the Packers with 10.5 sacks. That included two dominant games with three sacks.
Fackrell also set a career-best in quarterback hits with 12.
Despite Fackrell’s success, the other edge rushers on the roster didn’t meet expectations, leading to the Packers spending big in free agency.
